Windows says “publisher can't be verified / blocked by SmartScreen” — what now?
Click “More info” → “Run anyway” in the prompt. It's a common notice for new software and doesn't affect the install.
macOS says “can't be opened because the developer cannot be verified”?
Open “System Settings → Privacy & Security”, find the blocked app at the bottom and click “Open Anyway”; or right-click the app and choose “Open”.
Should I get the Apple Silicon or Intel build on my Mac?
Apple menu (top-left) → “About This Mac”: if it shows “Chip Apple M…” pick the Apple Silicon build; if it shows “Processor Intel…” pick the Intel build.
The Linux AppImage does nothing when I double-click it?
First install the runtime library sudo apt install libfuse2t64, then make the file executable with chmod +x, then double-click it or run it from a terminal.
